These terms cover GarageMuse and its related AI generation service. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Apple’s license agreement governs the app license; these terms describe our service and do not replace mandatory Apple or consumer protections.
Using GarageMuse
Use photos, references, and instructions you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in the material you submit and permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to perform your requested edits. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse guest accounts and purchase restores.
GarageMuse is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority, use the service only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law. Apple may impose additional purchase restrictions.
AI concepts and your responsibility
Results are AI-generated visual concepts. They can change details unexpectedly, contain inaccuracies, or resemble other outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness, intellectual-property protection, precise preservation, or an exact real-world result. Car concepts are not engineering advice or a guarantee that a modification is safe, legal, available, or physically feasible. Consult a qualified professional before making real changes.
Render credits
One credit is reserved when you submit a generation. A successful generation consumes it; a terminal failure returns the reserved credit. Generation can take several minutes. The app shows the applicable allowance before a purchase. Unused credits remain in your guest account, but paid-only styles and exports require an active subscription. Refunded grants are reversed, including credits already spent.
Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Available products may include weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The purchase screen shows the actual localized price, billing period, and credit allowance. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling prevents future renewal and normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or cloud data does not cancel a subscription. Purchase and refund handling follow Apple’s applicable rules and your statutory rights. You can request an eligible refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Credits are granted once per verified transaction, including renewal. The annual plan grants its displayed allowance at purchase and each annual renewal; it does not include a monthly allowance. We do not advertise unlimited renders.
Restore purchases and local builds
Use Restore Purchases in the app’s Profile with the same Apple purchase account. A verified restore may transfer the subscription and remaining purchased credits to your current guest account. It does not recover photos, projects, or your local Garage. GarageMuse has no sign-in or cross-device project backup. Keep independent copies of images you want to retain.
Service availability and changes
We may change features, address misuse, or interrupt service for maintenance, outages, or provider restrictions. We aim to handle paid-service problems fairly and in accordance with applicable law. If you have a failed render or purchase issue, contact support with the build ID or transaction reference, never your private access credential.
Responsibility, consumer rights, and updates
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness of an AI concept for a particular real-world modification. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms and publish the revised date; material changes to active paid services will be communicated as required by applicable law.
